David Kuperman

David Kuperman is a multimodal transportation professional with a focus on transit priority. His experience has been in both the public and private sectors, including as Manager of Surface Transit Projects at the City of Toronto, Senior Project Manager and Urban Design and Planning Lead at HDR, and now Manager of Bus Priority Planning at TransLink. David has worked on multimodal evaluation frameworks; transportation planning, visioning, and monitoring; transit priority pilot projects, and the planning and delivery of rapid transit projects. Key projects have included the Eglinton Connects Planning Study Environmental Assessment, King Street Transit Pilot, Ontario Line Transit Oriented Communities, and TransLink’s Bus Speed and Reliability report and program. He is passionate about building great communities and moving people efficiently.
