Jeanne-Marie Deletsu is a licensed Professional Engineer with more than 25 years of experience in traffic engineering, transportation planning, and traffic simulation modeling across both the public and private sectors. She brings extensive expertise in leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects involving traffic operations, forecasting, advanced transportation modelling and data collection initiatives.
In her current role as Head of the Traffic Modelling and Analysis section at the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, Jeanne-Marie leads the development and application of innovative, data-driven solutions that support a wide range of transportation initiatives. Over the course of her career, she has successfully led high-profile projects and multidisciplinary teams, leveraging advanced modelling tools and analytical methodologies to address complex transportation challenges and support evidence-based planning and policy decision.
Her experience spans all levels of government and industry, where she has provided strategic technical leadership and translated complex transportation data and analysis into practical insights that inform investment, planning and policy decisions.
